These tools were developed for the bigger companies where all sorts of complexities, histories and a lot of different stakeholders are meeting or conflicting each other on a daily basis. Usually these larger companies have different locations, managers and a rich variety of different customers.
The Integral Organization Scan
This is the process in which I talk with the key-stakeholders or all members of a team to provide a multi leveled advice how to create a substantial change in a company. For example a new vision and mission, or why a certain change process, an automation process or efficiency program isn’t fully implemented and embraced by a team. What brings the biggest breakthrough in the separate key performers, the team as a whole, the leader involved and which structural changes are recommended for a team? The Integral Implementation Trajectory
This is a phase that normally follows after an Integral Organization Scan and is conducted as a subsequent Organizational Optimalization Program to put an organization into motion. After this phase time it all comes down to accountability and integration. Simply said, that is what an Integral Implementation Trajectory is all about.
Integral Leadership sessions
These sessions are the 1-on-1 sessions and cover on all elements an leader can grow in.
For example: personal leadership, connective leadership, strategic leadership, systemic leadership, systems approach of leadership, direct leadership (a deep dive into the best leadership style of a specific person), organizational leadership (how to structurize the community of an organization), strategic leadership, cashflow, marketing and tons of different angles.
5 distinct starting point
Personal leadership sessions are primarily focused on experiencing, downloading and embodying aspects of a leaders full potential. Often times the ‘there and then’ is still blocking the full potential of a leader in the ‘here and now’. Four aspects are important to achieve crucial elements in the fullest potential. Namely; 1.) tapping inspiration and willpower out of a potential or future self, 2.) changing limiting patterns, beliefs, behaviors and energy from the past, 3.) living fully in the here and now and 4.) getting the most out of the days, in terms of productivity, relaxation, leverage, connecting with others and nature and virtually all things that really matter.
These leadership sessions are focused on Excellence of Communication, High Performance for Teams and the ‘how to’s’ of cultural change from the perspective of the Leader.
When leaders choose to focus on this kind of leadership-skills they’ll understand more about the game of communication, influence and power. They know how to use their power and influence with the power to change decisions, systems and people in an effective and respectful way. These sessions primarily focus on the task of directing people to the desired results and it is often times beneficial to take a deep dive into leadership-styles. How do you get people to actually do what you say they have to do, and what do you do when you don’t have actual the authority to tell them what to do? These questions will be addressed when this leadership task is taken to the next level.
This is the leadership task that is virtually overlooked in all literature and all practices around leadership. This is the task of distribution of power, desisionmaking and responsibilities. This is also the dimension which takes care of the structural improvements and of clarity in teams in a way that it reduces, prevents or minimize stress, conflict and misbehaviours.
This last leadership task is the task of realizing the intentions, goals and mission from the perspective of an organization or a team. This task lies outside of the formal piramide or triangle of power for a leader. The leader has no formal power ‘over’ others outside of this domain, but still has to realize its goals and ambitions in these domains. How does one maximize the impact in these realms? That is what strategic leadership is all about.
Excellence of Communication
This concept is shared in training form. Wheres most ‘Effective Communication’ 1.) training helps the participants to bring their message across 2.) and at times provide tools to understand people in a better way. The Excellence of Communication tool adds another 4 dimensions of Communication. Namely 3.) how to effectively communicate with your own sub-consiousness in order to find focus, peace of mind and ways to create an impact in others minds, 4.) How to effectively communicate to the sub-consciousness of others, so they’ll relax more often with you, feel the urge to act or even be willing to talk to you. 5.) How to create a super deep rapport between your sub-consciousness and that of the other. 6.) How to get a deep insight into the biggest barring in your communication to others and that of them to you, and then how to fix those in an effective and elegant manner.
Integral Product Optimalization
This program is designed so that an entrepreneur knows how to create a kickass product or service. This training is best suited for people involved in a startup or a re-startup ór a startup project in an existing organization. This program is build upon the principle ‘be first or be different’. A minimale viable product (MVP) is obviously not the end result of this program but a great product where potential clients often times ask theirselves in an intruiged fashion: ‘Wait, what is that exactly?’. This course builds further on what is discoverd in the Integral Performance System and aims to create all sorts of products that contribute to a just and sustainable future.
The Integral Performance System
This tool is presented in a training form. The prime focus of this training is to uncover what a leader really wants to do, from the level of intentions, goals, targets, projects and even the level of personal and professional mission. The second part of this training is all about getting the most out of ‘self’ in all facets of life and business, how to easily and fully live in the moment, how to achieve big hairy audacious goals in a quicker fashion and how to create as much leverage by thinking big and strategic.
Selling with Social Impact
This online course teaches the entrepreneur or salesprofessionals the fundamentals of sales. This course is developed for people who are quit new and/or inexperienced in sales. How do you approach a client, when and how many times do you contact people who are your potential buyers? These questions are answered so it is clear what to start with sales.
The Art of Persuasion
This tool is shared in training form. It builds upon Excellence of Communication and The Integral Performance System. Participants learn the skills that are required to sell their ideas and products to virtually everybody who is able to buy the product or idea. Selling is basically everything. This perspective is usefull in interaction with others.
This tool is only shared with people who have experienced a transformation into the Green path with Golden Growth. The Integral Performance System and The Excellence of Communication modules are also designed in a specific way that the by product is that it invokes the moral change that is needed in the world. It is also a requirement to enter into the module of the Art of Persuasion, since its effect is super powerful and not a good tool for people who still follow a Grey Path with Grey Growth.
Masters of Influence
This training builds upon the skills learnt in the Art of Persuasion. Wheres the former focusses on 1-1 persuasion and sales, Masters of Influence is focussed on more complex sales and influence as you see in B2B and when you need to influence more then 1 person to achieve your goals. With this training module you get a deep insight of the posibilities how to effectively influence groups/teams, leaders, desicions, teams and even systems. In this training you also learn to recognize who to sell your ideas or products to and who to avoid in these processes.
This module exists of a set of different tools that help leaders and specifically entrepreneurial ones with the question on how to 10X their business by ways of impact, revenue and recognition. What got you here won’t get you there. During this module leaders learn how to gain new strategies for further growth, often times this leads to unlearning of old patterns, behaviours and structures. How do you create a situation in which you are seen the expert and how do you optimize your on- and offline marketing? How do you create the situation that you can work less in your company and have more results? How do you create the situation so that you can withdraw yourself from your business to maybe create a new one, relax a bit more or how to sell it after all? Those questions are tackled in the Legacy Accelerator training.
The Structure of Inspiration
This is a ‘train the trainers-course’ where the leader learns how to speak from authority and use the concept of Emovere, which can be explained as emotional intelligence on steriods. During this training participants receive all the tools that are needed to fully inspire others to the level of deep felt emotions, laughter at will and even goosebumps at times.
Integral Leadership training
During this training leaders learn how to deal with their full potential, responsabilities and how to fully integrate the essence of what the sciences, arts, worldviews and a systems approach have to offer. Once you know how to do that, a company can grow in a truthful, ethical and meaningful way. So it can reach its full potential in society.
This is a 4 day program which helps the professional to influence people, decisions and even systems through integrity while being effective. How does a player position itself in a complex field of different stakeholders and different ambitions, opinions and strategic players? How should a professional formulate his goals and problems in way that other people recognize them and are willing to act upon, assist or even fight for those goals? How to strategically use the game of Power, Communication & Trade to have the greatest results in complex arena’s with different opinions and strategic goals? These questions are the starting point of this training. The participants gain deep insights on which they can built their subsequent success in a sustainable fashion.
The Science of Social Imact
This is a course where a leader understands how to impact a culture around him or her. This culture is two folded, namely the internal culture of a company and the culture surrounding a company, which in turn effects society as a whole.
Excellence of Communication for Teams
After the Integral Organization Scan is completed, often times an organization requires better effectivity, atmosfeer and or engagement. All these desired outcomes are better achieved when the team communicates on a level of excellence. Aside, profit and cashflow, ‘communication’ is by far the biggest and most frequent problem in organizations, altho often time not recognized as such.
High Performance for Teams
When the module of Excellence of Communication of Teams is completed, a team can grow to the level of High Performance. It does however demand a lot from the team. And it really depends on the level of commitment of the leader and the desired outcomes a team has to deliver, to actually start with this module. At times an organization settles with just an above average team wheres others want to go all the way and bring the collaboration, culture and communication and the overall functioning at a level of excellence. That is where the module of High Performance for Teams comes in.
The Science of Systems
This course is followed after the completion of Excellence of Communication for Teams, Political Performance and at times High Performance for Teams. The content is designed to influence the structures of decision making and hence changes the surrounding system to a place of high performance. This module subsequently goes a step further and then helps to implement and create systems for levels of the highest performance, namely: Integral Performance.
After all three modules a (Excellence of Communication for Teams, High Performance for Teams and The Science of Systems) team can call itself an Integral Performance Team.
Adresing the Global Achievement Gap
There is a great achievement gap between what is taught at schools and what is required in business. Tony Wagner wrote his famous book: The Global Achievement Gap, and this groundbreaking theoretic frame was used for this practical training. According to his research 85 to 90 % of all workforce needs additional and practical training to fully function in their profession. At times these skills are necessary to even start with a profession in a corporate environment. The Global Achievement Gap exists of 7 skills, which are:

We, at Core Connections translated this into different modules and is divided into three distinct levels of professionals who can bridge the gap. Those are: The Global Achiever, The Global Connecter and The Global Influencer. Each stage is accompanied with a module which builds upon The Integral Performance System & Excellence of Communication. These 5 modules combined basically form a whole year program.
This is a process that is used as a suplemented focus point next to a change program, and sometimes it is the only focuspoint for a leader or entrepreneur. Basically this trajectory focusses on ways to increase cashflow in a company by increasing output, the use of OPM (other peoples money) is another dimension, and how to attract and spent cashflow in a more intelligent way is yet another focus point. Investing in assets and finding funding for growth is next to more revenue, the last dimension that is being analyzed and taken into account and into the next level in the Cashflow Trajectory.
