In order to find peace we must take initiative, we cannot sit and wait until something magically changes for the better. The world is what it is, not because evil men do bad things, but because good people sit around and do nothing.

The ones who take initiative and responsibility are in fact leaders. As leaders we need to ask ourselves two questions: how do we release our extraordinary potential and what do we leave behind when we are gone? This blog is my attempt to provide some of these answers.
